Overall I nice hotel. Was unpleasantly woken up at 8:30 am by housekeeping asking what time we were checking out even though we had a “do not disturb” on the door and had notified the front desk we were checking out at 11 (normal checkout time).

I loved staying at the property. Staff was super friendly, and the room was amazing! The jetted tub suite was worth the extra. The dining was a little lacking, but I am sure once the restaurant is up and running again it will be great!

Very nice hotel. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms - so, so. No mini refrigerator - almost standard these days. They had updated to include charging ports for newer I-phones. Coffee maker - old. Creamer was spoiled.

Avoid if you can unless quality doesn’t matter
Rather dated, unclean, and uncomfortable. Fabric headboard was stained with random stains, Tech was far behind times, elevator and our room smelled of weed. Soap bottle fell off wall when trying to use. Curtains came off track while trying to close. No better than but cost more than a budget hotel. Would never stay here again. We ended up leaving a day early just because of our disappointment in the hotel.

Unable to travel due to Hurricane Helene. I’m a Deputy Sheriff in Columbia, SC and we were put on alert Thursday 9-26-24. I tried to cancel directly with the hotel and with Expedia. If I’m charged due to an act of God, I will never utilize this service again. Hopefully someone will respond to me. TIA

The room we were assigned should not have been built,, tiny room with tiny bathroom with window view of roof air conditioners system,, all parking areas had few to no cars,, why did we get that room, I would think untrained inexperienced staff, whatever the reason I will never stay again and I won’t recommend
