"The location is great. Close to restaurants and all sites. Walking distance to Sydney harbour and The Rocks. The staff was very friendly. The pool was huge and appreciated on a couple of rainy nights. The bathroom needs a refresh. Clean the grout in the shower or add new grout. The cleaning staff need to be more thorough. But I would say this about most hotels. Overall it was a lovely place, great location, friendly staff. "

"Good clean hotel. Not in the greatest area of Sydney CBD but close to everything. The only negative is have access to the toilets on the pool level. To have to go back to your room was annoying. "
