I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was a bit underwhelmed by the cleanliness. My child found a pill left by a previous guest on the floor near the couch—thankfully, it was my eldest who found it, not my youngest. Additionally, there was a faint odor in the hallways that resembled skunk, likely from people smoking near or in the building. Parking was also quite confusing. I was told to park in the back but then informed it was valet-only, which left me unsure of the process. While the location proximity was excellent, I don’t feel it justified the price.

The employees and valet were great! I booked a wheelchair accessible room or what I thought was and it was absolutely not wheelchair accessible. The balconey and shower borh had steps into/out of them. We made it work. Overall very nice place, would stay there again. No vending machines available either.

Nearly everything we wanted to do was about 15 minutes of walking, very nice to not have to worry about driving. If we needed to drive the valet service was amazing and being timely in retrieving our vehicles. Super repectful. Liz at the front desk is top notch and helped me through alot of booking issues caused by Expedia

Overall the hotel was very nice only complaint is we went without AC for two days we were on the top floor they wanted to move us lower which was terrible because we were already at the top then was told engineer man would come look at the AC unit and nothing was done because we returned to the room and AC was still not working so we had to suffer the second night. But minus the AC not working great views great room very clean host was wonderful

My family and I went to Atlanta last week for the TXT concert. We booked a room through Expedia and payed for all fees and accommodation. However at the time of checkout, I noticed some extra charges from the hotel and I asked about it at the front desk and the manager said the extra charge was supposed to drop. But is been a week now and the money is still not coming back to my account. I've called several times but it seems almost impossible to someone to pick up the phone at the front desk. When somebody finally picks up, they say they will look in to it and call back, but they never do . 260 dollars of extra charges without any explanation is unacceptable by the way I had a receipt summary explaining just a 40 dollars charges for the valet parking but not for the 260 dollars .
