Room was nice, though they nickle-n-dimed everything. Location is what we were mainly looking for here as we were going to a show at the Galleria Center. I added the breakfast during checkout months agao and the receptionist said we had breaksfast for 1 person. Even though there were 2 guests in the room (my wife and I). I laughed it off because that was obviously absurd... but she stayed steaedfast that it was only for 1 person. So I had to get multiple other people invoved to explain to here that it was for both guests of the 1 room. She still seemed confused and that wasted 20 minutes of my evening. I think she was eaither lacking some training, or at the least, some basic common sense.

This hotel is very convenient to Truist Park where the Atlanta Braves play & an entertainment district called The Battery. Many dining options there! We attended a concert at Truist and really liked the convenience. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to close by places if you don’t want to walk. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Everything was good except one minor thing. The beds slept well. The rooms were nice sized. The bathrooms were ok… ours did show some age, but it was clean and fairly roomy. We were able to check in early and the front desk staff was friendly. The only issue was a blood stain on one of the pillow cases. That just freaks me out. I can understand if maybe the housekeeping staff did not notice, but it was on the front of the pillow and in plain site. Stained bedding should be replaced and no longer used.

If you're going to a Braves game, it's next to the pedestrian walking bridge, so convenient. Self-parking was $35 per night, quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area, and the price is not listed anywhere before you book. Returning to the hotel after the game, it took 20 minutes to get an elevator because so many guests returned at the same time. It seems their elevators could be better coordinated to accommodate the flow of people wanting to go up. Their indoor pool is not heated. Overall, not a bad experience, but these are things I wished I had known prior to staying there.

Nice property. Excellent service at breakfast. On check-in, clerk didn't tel us about way to get to our (14th) floor-had to ask other guests. $12.95 per day for wi-fi was out of line for a $259 hotel room!

First off Hotel was nice and spacious. Rooms were big and bed was very comfortable. Location is reasonably close to the Battery, Truist park and the Mall. That being said...the service was not what it should be for the price you pay. Issues started from check in. We reserved 3 rooms for our 3 night stay. Two rooms were supposed to be adjoining. Request was sent to the hotel at time if booking and confirmation of request was confirmed by the hotel the week before check in. At check in I was told by Madison that they have adjoining rooms but " it doesnt work that way" Never got an explaination of what that meant. Was told we "pretty much" have rooms on the same floor and "pretty much" are next to each other and rooms will " pretty much" be ready by 4pm. We checked back at the desk at 4pm and we told by Oosha that rooms were not ready and it would be at least an hour or more. Oosha again stated there were not adjoining rooms available. The manager over heard the conversation and came over. He looked at the computer, clicked a few keys and voila there were 2 adjoining rooms and a third room right next to them AND they were available right now. Oosha just stumbled all over herself trying to justify telling me there were not adjoining rooms and trying to make us wait another hour or more. Kudos to this manager. However, we discovered in one room the phone did not work because we tried to call down for more blankets because the room was freezing and the thermostat wasn't working. So
