"Everyone was helpful. The front desk staff did a great job of *listening*, which was very refreshing. The room was great, and the housekeeping folks were very helpful. Two gripes: 1) The American flag in front of the hotel was tattered at the edges. Replace it immediately, please! 2) The elevator controls were problematic. About a third of the time, the elevator did not accept my card. I had to use a different elevator. Another third, it liked my card but did not accept my floor selection...

"I love this hotel! It’s my go to hotel whenever I come home to ATL. Free parking, it’s convenient to my family, the property and rooms are clean and beautiful. Also complimentary breakfast. My only disappointment this time was I couldn’t check in early. I got there at 1pm and I wish I could have checked in early like the last time. However, I understand it’s not guaranteed. "
