"We liked that the room has a functional kitchen and a washer dryer. Although a 12 min walk to Ueno, it was flat. if one uses the Iriya Exit, it cuts a minute or two. Staff was courteous and professional. The downside, most properties that I’ve booked has 11 or 12nn check out time, this property has a 10am checkout. "

"The apartment was perfect size for a family of 4 with two teens. Really well equipped as it had everything we needed for a few day stay including washing machine. It was great location in Asakusa with only 10min walk to Senso ji Shrine. It was between two different metro lines meaning a walk to either station (10-15min). The apparent was designed to maximise the use of limited space and so it felt it had everything we needed without feeling crammed. Very quiet! Not right if you are expecting...

"Absolutely loved this accommodation. Australian family of 4 (11,9). Super spacious (for Japan) excellent amenities, absolutely spotless, shower was better than mine at home, close to many stations entrances, super close to the main market strip with excellent nightlife, restaurants. Everything! Super kid friendly. I’m super picky and did heaps of research which was really overwhelming This place was fantastic! We also did a load of washing which was super helpful. "

"Great location, small grocery store across the street and conbini within 5 min walk. Quiet neighborhood and friendly hotel staff. Room is small for America standards but still good size for Japan. "

"Small but got everything you need. The 2 twin size beds for 4 people is tight, wish the beds are full size instead. Many restaurants, a 2 story supermarket, convenient stores near by, subway station is 10 minutes walk. Customer service is always great."

"Me and my two children loved this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, spacious, laundry on site, conbini downstairs, steps from subway. Our only complaint is that the beds were too firm for our preference. We would stay here again without hesitation! "
