"This property is clearly not at its best during what we discovered only after we arrived as their "off-season." The restaurant was closed, even though we were told it would be open during the weekend. It was difficult to find anything fully open. "We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible.
