"We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes"

"front desk staff was so nice. I arrived very early and she was able to let me into my room earlier than the check in time! The transit system around the hotel is very good and there is a great gas station next to the hotel convenience. It is also very close and walkable to many major sites, the beach, museums and more. The room itself was very clean, it was a HUGE room. The bed was comfortable and the re was more than enough space to relax."

"I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. Upon arriving at the hotel the room was not ready and was dirty (even though it was already 3pm). When we asked for towels the "clean" ones that were provided had a ball of hair inside and stains. "A very nice hotel in the center of Varna. There are many dining options nearby and the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar as well. "The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia Customer Service confirmed that we had All Inclusive and partially reimbursed us, which was great. However, the staff and manageress's attitude and customer skills were outrageously bad or non-existent should I say. Instead of mitigating the issue in some manner, the manageress was quite argumentative and outright rude. My advice to all customers is, please avoid this hotel at all costs. They do not deserve your attention and money."

"Conveniently located close to the beach. The room was clean, modern and comfortable - balcony was also nice. The amenities are great for a nice summer stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was also very nice and excellent value. Krassimir at the front desk was very polite and attentive - all personnel were kind and greeted us every time. We will definitely stay here again when back in Varna."

Fantastic hotel

"It was a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. It was across the street from the beach and a ton of restaurants, shops, bars (one of them is an Eiffel Tower, carnival rides, ect. The noise from all that goes on until 3AM. That’s not a complaint. If you are across from all that you should expect noise. I mention it to suggest packing ear plugs. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean. We splurged for a balcony and I’m so glad we did. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable!! It had everything you could possibly imagine and it was delicious. The other bonus was free parking. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. "
