"It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."

"The hotel is well-located and the staff is very helpful. It was a nice room but I would have preferred more lighting including adding lights in the closets. My complaint is the location of the room. There was a lot of motor noise constantly I think due to the machinery that runs the building. It ran all day and night. While I was able to sleep at night, it was annoying that it was constant. The food at breakfast needs improvement."

"There was a towel hanging in the bathroom with spots on it, when the bed was made the first night it was apparent the sheets were not changed and they weren’t tucked under mattress. For 2 adults only 2 washcloths were left in the room and when we asked the cleaning lady for 2 more she said she didn’t have any. There was a strain of hair on the floor in the bathroom and that was going to be my indication if the floor was swept, it was still there. For the cost and high end resort there should...

"Always a delight to stay here for the New Years gala. Some small problem with moldy residue in the shower which was not addressed after reporting this to the front desk but otherwise a lovely room."
