"Be careful not to get this one mixed up with the other central hotel in Luxembourg, this one is on Rue Du Kiem in Neudorf (short distance to Kirchberg). Yes, there were a few niggles here and there, but my general feelings about the Central were good. The room was nice and modern, the bed comfortable and the room quiet and a comfortable temperature. We visited in October and all was fine, however the hotel does not have any air conditioning, so in the summer months, things may be different....

"Clean . Well equipped. well located. Payable In door parking ( a bit pricey). Very good and quick response customer service. Unfortunately our 3rd floor apartment shower hot water not working. We found out until at the night shower time. Luckily, office still got a guy in. He sort it out and swap the apartment down to 1st floor straight away. Other than that ,it was a lovely place to stay over in Luxembourg. "

"The place was great and spacious. Lots of sunlight. Free underground parking. Small-to-Medium-sized bedrooms. Spacious bathroom and small but useful half bathroom. Nice small kitsch with excellent oven-microwave (used it to make frozen pizza). Bus stop right across from the building (all public transportation is free in Luxembourg)."

"This is a very nice place - apartment. I agree its more luxurious than most hotel rooms. Location is good, check in was fine, parking was a problem. Enjoyed the porch - a little noisy but with closed windows its fine. "

"When we arrived in Luxembourg we phone accommodation ,Tony came to meet us & was very nice & showed us around apartment & if we needed anything to give him a call. Apartment was beautiful warm ,v clean & comfy. Wud defo stay again A********"

"SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

"Hotel was great . Windows keep the noise out well. It was that the drug deals going on around hotel is normal. Luxembourg city the city is nothing special but rest of country and people were nice"

Excellent for a trip to Luxembourg

"Excellent hotel for a few days in Luxembourg. A 5-10 min walk from the airport, the room was clean, beef comfortable and had tea and coffee with a kettle. Excellent shower, all very clean. Very warm. Buffet breakfast was €12.50 each (02/25) and excellent - hot bacon potatoes and scrambled egg. Continental meats, cheese & pickles. Huge croissoints and pastries etc. Fruit cereal & yogurt etc. The bar served very nice beer for around €8 for a large glass. Let us leave our bags for the day when we left. Busses are free and take about 20 mins to get to the city centre. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"We had a nice one night stay here. It is located near everything. It was helpful to have read another review that said you have to take an elevator to the lobby. There is construction going on around the building and I may not have seen the entrance otherwise."

"Exceptional property. Very thoughtful attention in the rooms including chocolates on the night stand every night. the housekeeping was also exceptional. Bottles of water was replaced every night. Excellent location. The concierge was very helpful for securing a reservation. Only slight quibble is that they said they were unable to drop us to the airport on Sunday when we were leaving, but their website their was complimentary drop-off to the airport. Overall, this was truly an exceptional hotel where attention is given to guests needs from the staff members and management. It was a perfect hotel to end my trip in Europe and I would certainly rebook this hotel should I visit Luxembourg."
