I also loved the overall vibe of the place — it’s calm and professional, yet still incredibly welcoming. Every staff member is not only fantastic at their job, but also genuinely respectful and kind. You can tell that making guests feel valued is truly at the heart of everything they do. By the end of my stay, I was beyond satisfied and even a little sad to leave. "The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with "hero" aka Mustafa.The food at the buffet was excellent with a lot of variety. Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded. "

"A huge resort in a unique "Old-Moscow Style" setting, but you have to like it which I really did. Friendly personal. Varied tasty food options and 2 serviced restaurants (Italian and Mexican). Good spa incl. nice useful hamam. Finally a nice opportunity communicating with fellow-vacationers mostly from Turkey, Iran and the Middle East. Very few Russian tourists, surprisingly "
