"Looters, they got a booking stating AC room. But they conned us and said the booking was for standard room without AC. Took 500 rupees extra. No proper parking place as well. "I had book the hotel for my parents. the hotel is nice and clean but when come to service there not NOT PROFESSIONAL 0% VERY POOR SERVICE BOOK THE HOTELS VIA HOTELS.COM BUT THE HOTELS SRT ALPINES KEPT telling my parents that i have not made any payment. we kept calling the managers at the hotel, they barely could speak English. i don't who,s fault was this but the SRT Alpine managers should know how to collect money for these website or a proper channel of communication needs to be established...
