"When I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didn’t look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. "

"The hotel make certain norms just by themselves. I was told not to drink in my room, only to drink in the bar buying alcohol that is sold by the bar run by the hotel. Inorder to maximize own profit they have stipulated such norms. A friend of mine from Mumbai came to see me and he was denied access to my room despite my consent at normal day time hours. Was told visitors can only be met at common area. Precarious norm! At same price we can stay at Best Western which is 200 times...

"We are totally disappointed with the reception staff....the support staff was good and prompt. But the quality of rooms for the kind of tariff they charged was bad. I could have got a 4 star hotel room in that price. The bathroom was horrible. "The hotel was clean and staff very accomadating. The pool is on the roof, but no sun beds provided or sun shades. Very difficult if ypu wish to relax and swim. The hotel should consider supplying these essential items which other hotels do give."
