We really enjoyed our stay at Resorts World Conrad. Our room was comfortable and very nice. Great view of the strip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was calm and quiet. We will stay again.

The room was clean and room service were quick to resupply towels. Location wise, this property is a little far north on the strip so if you don’t mind walking it’s fine. The food court has some good food options and I liked the self help touch screen for ordering. I’d stay here again.

We were given the wrong room type upon arrival. We had to go all the way back downstairs as we were told we could not speak with a manager on the phone. Our new room was assigned but in a totally different area with no pool view as we reserved. In our new room we were never able to access in/out with our room key in Self Parking and in our room, although tv was working fine we were not ever ( even after 4 discussions with front desk) able to rent a movie. All in all I think our little vacation was very inconvenient from the start.
