"Excelente servicio, facilidad muy limpia, habitación cómoda. El único detalle es que no tiene agua embotellada en el cuarto aunque sea pagandola no tiene. Tampoco tiene secadora de pemkni plancha de ropa. No cuenta con restaurante por lo que el desayuno gratis es a media cuadra del hotel. Que si llueve pues hay que ir caminando. El desayuno gratis no esta mal pero no incluye opcion de cafe con leche ni es tan variado, pero en general muy bueno."

"The property had wonderful staff and were very prompt with requests. The rooms were a little bit on the small side, but who goes on vacation to stay in the rooms? The WiFi was a little slow on the phones, but thankfully it was fast on my laptop. The area has a lot of nice restaurants, there’s a mall down the road from the hotel; it’s called Monterey Mall, which is cool to just walk around. Overall, my experience with Heiss Hotel was unforgettable. "
