"At check-in, first rep did not find my reservation and was asking if the booking was in any other name. I produced hard copy of Expedia confirmation and another rep completed check-in process. The first rep did not come back to acknowledge that my reservation was there! Next, I asked if there was a business desk and computer for me to use. Front desk pointed me to a room which had a desktop, monitor and printer. It was switched off and there were no instructions how to turn on, and there was no help available. I did not dine at the property so no comment about that. (Tip: I walked to Inox next block and ate at the Eat place. Good food, clean facility and inexpensive. Service a bit slow but good) Used the fitness center - one elliptical and two treadmills, there were 3-5 people wanting to use the machines! Checkout was very smooth. 👍 Overall enjoyed my stay."
