Maria at the front desk was excellent! She helped a few Texans navigate Amsterdam. She helped us order food and was kind, considerate and entertaining. She deserves a raise!

No toilet brush, ripped towels, pillar straight on front of TV,so unable to watch,no sweetener for coffe.The heating is not working, so if you are lucky, you can get an electric heater. The breakfast is coming in a bag,so its not yours choice what you want to eat. No rooms with views to the lake.

The hotel that you arrive to is about as far from what you book as is possible to be. Instead of a fancy glass building, you arrive at what best can be described as a normal, rather run down, house. From there things went downhill. I was put up in a windowless room underground. This is not really an issue, if it wasn't for the fact that the room was horribly cold and humid to a point when condensation was running on the walls (as I entered the room). Had it not been for the fact that I only stayed one night I would have required to have my money refunded - this hotel is not a hotel, it is a fraud.

Owned by lovely family and looks like in course of being upgraded. They were super helpful. Initial approach to property needs some upgrade - broken and dirty sign which creates bad first impression. Room all ok but not the most convenient for Amsterdam.

This is location I would not recommend. unethical experience encountered. I do not recommend this place due to the faulty marketing strategies applied. I highly recommend that Expedia take a close look at what is displayed as the leading imagery on the website to what is actually displayed when booked.

The room was very small and cold, paid for a windowed room, view was to a dumpster. Room wasnt anything like in the pictures. Shower was working poorly and drain did not do its job properly. Everytime used, water stayed wet for whole day. There was no seal in the door so noise from the hallway came right in. Service at desk was nice.

Never again! Nothing like the pictures
The heater was broken in the room we were given. The front desk manager refused to give us another room only if we paid more which I was not willing to do as I already paid quite an amount for the room. The front desk manager quickly went onto trying to have me leave the hotel and stay somewhere else. While he said a heater would be provided, it never arrived. He said someone would come to fix the heater that was in the room, it didn't happen and I left the hotel way after the time he said someone would come to fix it. The front desk manager promised I would get a refund, however that hasn't happened yet. Additionally the room was sprayed full of perfume that we could not get rid of. It smelled like mold smell is being covered. I have never as a hotel guest been treated with such belittling and condescending manor as by this guy who called himself Patrick. I asked to speak to the Manager, however Patrick (the front desk manager) refused to connect me to him. The phone number given for the hotel on google maps was not answered by anyone. I contacted Hotels.com and they could not reach the hotel on the phone either and so far emails have gone unanswered as well. Terrible experience which also cost me a fortune.

Por el precio cumple las expectativas, aunque creo que las fotos de la página no se corresponden con el hotel. El parking es pequeño y si llegas después de las 19 es posible que no tengas sitio. Habitación interior sin ventana ( ya lo sabía al reservar) de buen tamaño y baño bueno. Desayuno tipo picnic que lo puedes pedir para comer en la habitación. Por el precio 10€ está bien, bebida caliente, croissant, magdalena, zumo, yogurt, bollito de pan y algo de fiambre, mermelada, mantequilla. Hay que tener cuidado con la tasa del ayuntamiento creo que me cobraron de más pagué por el desayuno y la tasa 22,50€ me pareció caro. Exigen un depósito en la tarjeta de 100€ que reembolsan después del check out. No aceptarán pago en efectivo

Hôtel d'arnaqueurs et peut-être avec la complicité de Hotel.com J'ai réservé 2 chambres avec la CB de ma société et payé d'avance. La réception, pour des raisons que je ne connais pas, a exigé la carte de crédit de mon collaborateur pour les frais de séjour de la 2ème chambre. J'ai essayé de lui faire comprendre que la carte qui a payé les 2 chambres est celle de ma société et suffit pour couvrir les 2 chambres. Conclusion, il a refusé de nous donner les chambres et refuse à ce jour de me rembourser. Je considère que Hotel. com a une responsabilité vis-à-vis de moi et qu'il ne l'a pas assumée. Surtout que je suis un client fidèle qui ne risque plus de passer par Hotel.com ni Expédia et toutes ses filiales.
