We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and Michael truly made it unforgettable! From the moment we checked in, he had us laughing with his great sense of humor and lighthearted jokes. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, giving us a fantastic room and making sure everything was perfect. His energy and kindness made our trip so enjoyable and memorable. If you’re staying here, hope you get to meet Michael—he’s a gem and a true asset to the hotel!

Hotel staff were amazing, building itself is lovely and modern however is in a construction site which you have to walk through to get to the tram. You can’t hear any noises it’s just not the nicest to look at. Breakfast was a buffet and everything was very tasty. Overall hotel was great . Would recommend getting a tram pass to use as quite far about the centre if walking but only 10 minutes on the trams which are brilliant

A weekend anniversary away 💕
Me and my Partner stayed here for a Anniversary weekend in Amsterdam and it didnt disappoint we booked a spa room and it was just amazing 👌 the jacuzzi in the room was just such a nice and fun extra! The hotel is so lovely and modern but still feels lovely and cosy. a 10 minute tram ride for the city was perfect and being a little out the way was quite nice after busy day's in the city centre. All staff spoke fluent enough english so communication was never a issue. We have already decided we definitely want to come back to Amsterdam so we will definitely be back to this hotel.

Though it was a nice hotel I share previous guests about it being dark and dingy room. The bed was awful too felt like I was falling off it every time I got up very small. Friendly staff though and easy to get to the centre with tram. The breakfast is okay but not worth £25
