"The room was clean and had no strange smells. It was spacious and allowed us to spread out a little. The bathroom had an odd configuration but nothing that was inconvenient to our stay. Excellent service, the best in town."

"The room was old and could use some paint. I do not like it when the stiff takes in a different laugh behind your back or even Infront of you. They should speak English at all times. They didn't know what room I was in when I checked out, because they put the wrong room number in the computer."

"Would be 5 star across the board but the towels and washcloths need a bit upgraded, very thin, you dont necessarily get completely dry. Nice place overall would definitely stay again, staff was awesome. "

"Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice."

"This is a very nice, clean, but basic budget motel. It is independently owned and run by a family, and they do a very good job of keeping the rooms clean, comfortable and in good condition. They have renovated it well, the bathrooms are in notably good shape. Amenities are limited, the room has a TV and refrigerator. There is nothing in the way of things like complimentary coffee setup, shampoo, (soap and disposable plastic cups are provided, )etc. and there is no ice machine on premises that I...

"The property was spotless, very clean and beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked if you want to do your own cooking, and the parking made it very easy to unload your car. It is a beautiful view from the balcony. The location is perfect because of being in the country but so close to town. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"We have stayed here several times and are always completely satisfied. This was the first time we were lucky enough to see it decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, there is a snack available in the evening , and hot beverages available all the time. Staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this property. "

"I spent New Year's Eve at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Millersburg with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, allowing us to explore the charming area with ease. Millersburg is located close to many main attractions and shopping destinations including Berlin, Charm and Sugar Creek, all within a short driving distance and right in the neighborhood there are plenty of traditional options for restaurants and shopping conveniently. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for all of us. One of the highlights of our stay was the indoor pool. It was well-maintained and provided hours of fun for the kids. The ample parking space was also a huge plus, making it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Millersburg was memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in the area with family and looking for a convenient location. "
