"The room had a wonderful view of the ocean, and there was a roof deck. The room was nice, though the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a let down."

"This property is everything you would expect with a building over 150 years old: quirky, beautiful, lots of stairs! It was charming with a fantastic included breakfast that had delicious quiche each morning. Friendly staff who took care of all of our needs made it feel like home. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy."

"There was no housekeeping services. We all had one set of towels that we had to wash each day. For the price, I'm accustomed to clean towels, cleaning service daily. We had empty our own trash. The worse part - the dryer was not properly vented. The heat and dust came into the condo. I explained to management that this was a FIRE HAZARD; but, they weren't the least bit concerned. It would be interesting to know if the inspectors are aware of this hazard!!!"

"This was my second stay here with my wife, and was good all in all. This is an older style motel but theyve done a pretty good job of maintaining and updating. It actually has a bit of a sentimental, retro feel. Has always been clean. Can't beat the ocean front location (especially for the price). Staff has always been extremely kind, friendly, and helpful - except the morning we checked out this stay. Unfortunately the attendant seemed annoyed to be there, was very late putting out continental...
