"I thought all the staff were excellent and very hard working. We didn’t want a pet friendly so we had a room on the 2nd floor, but I wish they had some rooms that were not pet friendly on the ground floor as my husband has mobility issues and struggled on the stairs as all the ground floor rooms are pet friendly, so maybe leave a few rooms for people not wanting to use pet friendly rooms "

"Lovely hotel. Spent three nights in a suite, food (breakfasts, dinner & Sunday lunch) were delicious. Decor throughout hotel is stylish but it maintains a cosy welcoming feel. Would definitely stay again. "

"Room was nice but very very hot and uncomfortable at points during night. Breakfast was disappointing as breakfast stotties ordered and one was cold and the other was half empty. Also coffee machine was not working and it was noted to make americano but it was very watery and they wouldn’t provide a caffietere or pot of tea which they used to. Service at this point was disappointing as they noted they didn’t want to make the coffee. "
