"This is a historic hotel, so expect plenty of charm and a few creaks here and there. Check-in was quick and friendly, and my room was ready early. Beds were comfortable, doors locked tightly, and the private courtyard was lovely to enjoy on a sunny afternoon. Will be my go-to spot next time I’m in NOLA for its convenient Marigny location and affordable but high-quality experience."

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. All of the employees go over the top to make sure you have a great time. We came back to our room late last night and the lady at the front desk walked us around to show us the area and take us to an area that we asked her about that we've not been to. The only small downfall is it is noisy if you're on the street side. We will definitely stay there again. We frequent New Orleans about once a year"

"We wanted to stay near the French Quarter. Everyone else was close to 2,500 to 5,000 a night. We found this place by accident and it turned out to be 2 blocks from Bourbon and on a quiet street near Jefferson Square. It wasn't new, it wasn't fancy but it was very nice and quiet and comfortable and clean. That's all we want in a hotel room. Clean and safe. Thank You Very Much"

"The staff should not be using their phones texting and talking with their friends during check in. They woman actually seemed annoyed to help us. We booked here due to the cruise port shuttle, the process to book the shuttle should be done at check-in, not a jumbled up semi line at 8 in the morning and a 30-45 minute wait to sign up for this shuttle… Other than these 2 issues all else was great!
