"We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally attentive and caring, always going out of their way to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made every moment of our stay truly delightful. Even when we unexpectedly got stuck in the elevator (an issue beyond the hotel’s control), they responded promptly and went above and beyond by sending a thoughtful plate of appetizers to our room as an apology. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the vibrant and unique city of La Paz, Bolivia. "

"Perfect location to be close to the Salt Flats! It's a bit of a distance from Uyuni but if you plan properly, you'll be fine. Staff here take very good care of you. Our bed was small, when we pointed it out they immediately added another bed. The hotel interiors are beautiful and interesting, and try to showcase the local environment. The breakfast buffet was very good, with an egg station. The one thing I wish would be better - the bar menu. The dinner buffet is not well suited for everyone, and the only other option for food is to order from the bar menu, which has very few options. "

"Beautiful hotel, room, service from the staff and amenities! Unfortunately I got sick due to altitude and the hotel, besides some local herb infusions, didn’t have any medication to help fight the sickness. I understand they don’t want to be responsible for any contraindications or side effects but they should have medication available and simply have the guest sign a release of liability. The hotel is far away from any pharmacy so more than herbal choices should be made available "
