"The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that there was hair in the floor of the bathroom and the bathtub when we first got there. While I was eating breakfast, and only four other people in the eating area, staff swept literally underneath my feet not once but twice. I felt rushed and just really that it was a bit rude. "

"Staff was so friendly and made me feel like an old friend. The rooms were obviously lovingly cleaned, and signs were very easy to find to navigate the large building. Pool was huge and warm. Plumbing needed improvements but that’s nothing that the staff could fix without corporate inclusion"

"The place was okay and the customer service was good. It's family-owned. The body towels were super rough on the skin and the breakfast was just starch (bagels, cereal). It's close to a lot of food places (mostly burgers and booze) but it's on a busy strip. The neighborhood is nice though. The bed was good."

"The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast omelets were very good. I was not happy eating and drinking from styrofoam, also the bagels were very old and were wrapped in plastic, just like the fruit. It was like eating at a gas station. We stay at IHG hotels frequently, mostly because we like the breakfasts there and we like the ambience, they should at least have paper plates available, we pay a premium price to be there."
