"As far as Alishan accommodation goes, this is likely far and away the nicest option. And it very well should be considering what they’re charging per night. Compared to another hotel I stayed at the night before in Alishan, this is a 6 star hotel. But compared to a lot of places I’ve stayed at in more expensive cities charging the same amount or less, it’s pretty absurd what they’re asking for. "The selling point of this place is its location from where you can walk 15 minutes up a small hill to see Alishan sunrise. This advantage may be the disadvantage the same time, because for these tourists who come to Alishan first time, transportation between the Alishan park entrance (the transportation hub) and the hotel is a little bit confusing.
