"This time experience was not good. Room thas allotted for the same price 15 days ago was half the size. No latch on the room door. The lock also didn't work. So, lived in a room that could not be locked from outside. For room upgrade,the answer was difference between rack rate and what I paid through hotels.com. Even the commission amount was not offered in the offset price. One set of front staff is good,another is purely commercial. In all I may not stay here in future"

"I am not certain that any cleaning has been carried out in this hotel this century. Everything was filthy The management had a "do not care attitude". At breakfast, I rejected six plates that were clearly not clean, before finding one that at least had no visible dirt Checked out after one night. Value my health too much to stay"

"While convenient for access to the city, the immediate area is not particularly pleasant. However, the hotel, while it provides all that is needed, is a little 'tired' as to its decor. But, the in-house 'pure veg' restaurant and bar is excellent, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are charming, friendly and efficient. It may not be 5* but gets an A from me. "

"We arrived very late at night and the building seemed deserted. The entrance was chained and locked shut and after several minutes of ringing the bell, calling the listed number and shouting up the stairwell, we still were unable to get in.
