"Pros: - Great location - Nice pools - Lovely scenery Cons: - There was a tv show being filmed when we arrived and there was no warning of this. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but they took up all the parking spaces and left us having to PAY to park underground. If you're going to have a TV show on then fair enough, but to make me pay for parking is bonkers - Staff were a bit blunt, again not a huge issue. But did make me feel a little unwelcome"

"A hidden gem. Gorgeous clean hotel in a perfect location. Just a few mins walk from the Puerto del Mar bus stop coming from the airport. Stunning views of the basilica and castle and 3/5 mins from the beach. Excellent breakfast and although the bar wasn't opened on the rooftop bar (December), staff told us we were welcome to go up with our own food & drink. Views were stunning. "The hotel exterior and entrance is looking very tired. The awful fragrance being used makes it smell like a care home! The rooms though are fabulous inside with the only issue was having very little hot water for our showers. Do try the Spa it is absolutely beautiful and a bargain at 25 euros each. You must pre book though. It’s a perfect location for exploring Alicante We have stayed here before and will stay again just don’t let the exterior put you off. "
