"I got yo the hotel with difficulty at around 3:00 PM and was asked to pay the amount for 2days in advance. I did that and they charged me some 2or3 percent extra on credit card payment. I kept the luggage and went to beach. When I came back wanting to take a shower, I found no hot wAter and unhygienic pale yellow colour water coming out of bath tap. "Didnt have hot water and had to wait and call the stuff who didnt speak any english. The check out was before 11 am and they called me at 10 am to check out because the room was need it. Very poor service at breakfast. Didnt have coffee and i had to drink tea because they want to tidy up. Paid a lot for 2 nights at goa prices."
