"We love staying down in the Emu Point area during our visits to Albany. It is quieter than being in town and these villas are right on the water. They are pretty well equipped and we had most things we needed. Our only complaints are the cleanliness - the bbq was filthy, covered in bits of mince. Nothing was supplied to clean other than a tiny thin scourer & dish liquid. We shouldn’t have to clean as soon as we arrive anyway. And the spiders/spider webs everywhere also when we arrived. "Overall a good experience. It was bigger than expected. Cleanliness of the property can be improved, it has a weird smell and we had to open doors and remove the oil scent. The toilet smell was not great, we ended up cleaning it, wish the window can be opened to remove odour. Not sure will return. "
