"I like this hotel and try to stay here when I come to Anchorage. Staff are helpful and friendly, and amenities are great. Currently under partial renovation, but only minor noise during the day. I wasn’t bothered at all."

"When my daughter went to unfold the comforter it was just full of food crumbs and trash. She didn't end up sleeping on the fold out comforter because we were grossed out. Other than that, everything else was good. Nice and quiet, great location, and everything was minutes away by vehicle. "

"All was well as usual, however the entire Hotel, especially the rooms were almost 80 degrees. It was too warm for comfort. I managed to cool my room off with the Air Conditioner as I couldn’t get the thermostat to respond to lower temps."

"Property was wonderful! The rooms we had were not yet updated, but clean! The staff was so kind. We also did not spend much time in rooms except to sleep. The Nordic Spa was well worth it! We spent time there from 5pm-845pm, had a Nordic Massage as well. It started to snow large snowflakes later in the evening while sitting in the hot tub surrounded by beautiful trees. Felt surreal. "
