"Very impressed"

"This is a nice and clean hotel. Location is not as great, you almost have to take a cab everywhere. There is construction going on the road which makes it not that pleasant to walk. Metro is almost close but still 15-20 mins walk. Breakfast was really good but service was very slow. Staff at the lobby are very helpful though. Rooms are nice and spacious and house keeping is great as well. "

In a crowded hotel, u dont usually expect to be treated in a fair way, however Atlantis the palm, with their staff (specifically miss Cheng) showed excellence, and a smile. "Our whole experience was great. We loved the option of free shuttle service, however it did book out pretty fast. Complimentary Soluna beach access was an highlight. All staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative thing is that on multiple occasions we were told to go to concierge desk but we have never seen a single person at the concierge desk even though we checked several times a day. The entrance/lobby is pretty small and was always very busy, which makes it a not very relaxing entrance and first impression. The breakfast buffet had a ton of variety and excellent options. Coffee was good, but one or two machines seemed to be non-working about half of the time. We loved the proximity of the hotel to Dubai Marina and the fact that we could walk to most places. "
