Staff member at reception said they don't have any reservation for us from Expedia. Still gave us the room saying matter will be resolved in the morning after the staff who deals with expedia reservation arrive. 7 am in the morning when we were still sleeping they called us in the room and insisted we go to the reception to resolve the matter as it was urgent.
