"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with Chef Balraj and his team's willingness to cater to specific dietary requirements. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated the regular replenishment of essential items. However, we found the number of power outlets to be insufficient and incompatible with most mobile chargers. Additionally, the bathtub's design presented some challenges: the glass partition was too small, resulting in water spillage, and the overall height of the tub and toilet seat was unsuitable for elderly guests."

"Very comfortable hotel with perfect service. Reception is great Maryam, Lady from Kenya and other they are all very helpful. In the room there are recycle boxes by material which is great. Moreover restaurant team is perfect as well. Omlette service, cleaning tables are excellent ! Very central location, great parking facility and only 200 m. away from Mall of the Emirates. Hotel is clean and has the services to popular Kite Beach."
