Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Bad experience
Whether it is the fault of Hotel.com or of the hotel, when I arrived at the hotel my pre-paid booking was not valid and the hotel was fully booked. I had to find an other available hotel. It was not the first time that this issue arose so it is inadmissible that nothing had be done to prevent that and that it could happen again.
