"We stayed at this hotel last year so chose it again this year, unfortunately the maintenance of the room we stayed in seems to have been given little attention. However the staff were friendly and welcoming, the location is centrally located and not too far from any of the major attractions or law gardens for some night time market shopping. "

"We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel."

"When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. On checking out I was told I needed to pay for my room service order...

"They gave my room to someone. They were out of room. It was in the worst locality. It was red light area. I should have never booked this hotel. Lost my money."
