"When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. On checking out I was told I needed to pay for my room service order...

"The hotel was noisy (loud machinery starting either early in the morning or late afternoon). Cleanliness was bad and most of all, the staff were surly, rude and clearly hadn't been properly trained. The variety at the breakfast buffet was really poor and food hygiene practices was not one of the staff's priorities. In short, find somewhere else to stay and avoid this place at all costs."
