But special thanks to Manar (housekeeping) and Mohsen (lunch restaurant). They really try to make your experience unique and customized to your tastes. Very professional. You can tell they are professionally trained. Also the executive chef was extremely nice. Always stopping by and welcoming us. "

"This hotel was absolutely stunning, everything was very new and clean. Food was a bit pricier than other restaurants, but it was so much better quality and definitely worth the price! Staff and service were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also incredible. The only negative point and something to avoid - ensure not to book any of the excursions through the hotel, as they lied about trip times etc and charged us double the price for a trip that was exactly the same as the ones sold outside the hotel with other people who had paid a lot less!
