"We had a lovely stay. So impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. Friendly staff... The only problem we had was the contact number given on our confirmation was incorrect. The last digit was wrong, and we struggled to get hold of the establishment.
Also if we can make a suggestions, of having visible signage on the outside of the establishment as there is none, only once you enter the premises. This would make it a bit easier for guests who are unfamiliar with the area."

"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

"Quaint and quiet property on the outskirts of Graskop. Host was lovely and gracious and welcoming, and provided us with helpful insights for seeing the surrounding area and a great recommendation for a bar/restaurant that was off the beaten track (the "Chubby Pig").

"This was a quick stop to our Great White Diving excursion! The place was perfect, big kitchen, big fridge, big everything. The apartment has a place to good braai and heated beds when it is cold. There is a tube and shower. Hot water is great. The area is safe and nice. Few good restaurants around the area, but we preferred to eat in since it was so nice. Check in was great, there is a gated entrance where you can leave the car.

"Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely nice whether it was the service in their 3 restaurants, walking around in the hotel, or asking for information. Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty. "

"This property is very close to the Medina. It's beautiful inside with a nice courtyard and rooftop. Evenings are very busy. Reserve your table as there is lot of crowd visiting the restaurant in the evenings. Staff is very friendly. They have live music till 11pm. If you want to sleep before 11pm it may not be calm."

"Fantastic hotel in the city walls, walkable to everything and felt safe. Staff were great, changed up large notes and the welcome tea/pastry was a nice touch. We were lucky and got upgraded, the room had dressing gowns and slippers, and everything you could wish for. The Indian restaurant was lovely, as was the heated rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend and stay if we came back xx"
