"Two night stay, Feb 2025 Overall had a great stay, the Hotel is warm and comfortable and the refurbished decor is lovely. The log burner in the lounge/bar area was lit every afternoon/evening and we always found a comfortable corner. Bedrooms are not huge but are comfortable and we had a great view, worth the extra cost for a lake facing room. "Nice comfortable place a little dated and there is no stairs so lugging heavy bags is not great luckily i had a ground floor room. Also there is limited onsite parking options. The view from my room of the mountains was amazing! Electric car charging not available on site but there was a charging place about 5 km away"

"Awful,rang numbers provided no one ever answered.No outside lights after arriving in the dark.Apartment was tired and in welcoming,you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels,despite having a double bed and duvet I only received 1 pillow case and two pillows. Absolutely awful."
