Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Pros: close to everything. Cheap. Appeared to be superficially clean (caveat: resident cockroach). Cons: very large cockroach in bathroom (owners: he lives under the toilet brush container - his name is Keith and he’s very fast). Bed slats weren’t attached and had to be refitted. Extremely noisy from buses, traffic and attached janitors cupboard door (room 101). Very insecure - the digital lock (no physical key) only locks the outer plastic sliding shutter not the inner door. Regarding check-in/out, you use the parking attendants of the port car park to access reception to store cases etc. whilst they were very friendly, I’m not sure this would have been possible if I didn’t speak Spanish. Sadly, wouldn’t return.

Fantastic location
We stayed in a duplex (2 bedroom) apartment for 5 nights and have enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The location is top drawer with views of palm trees, the marina and out towards the sea. Despite the great location it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was really well equipped. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our appartment was very comfortable i would stay here all the time, starting with the security man at parking entrance such a loveley man and so helpfull cleaners where excellent and realy freindly we had a isue with safe and shower head maintenance was there in no time at all great service, i needed a late check out lady in reception replied straight away with no problem at all great place to stay local to bars and restaurant the staff are great.

Good clean accommodation, parking for 3€ a day was a bonus otherwise I could have been parked anywhere, very difficult areas for parking. Loads of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Missed having air con Well priced for its location.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We understood that it would be cheap and cheerful, so we werent accepting luxury at all! However I would not recommended staying here at all, if you have any issue whats so ever, you will not get any help without asking hopefully a passing maintenance worker, or the car park attendant! The reception was closed, the whole 3 days we were there, The communication is terrible, they have signs around the apartments with WhatsApp to contact for help, all our calls were unanswered on arrival, 6 messges on the day we arrived were not read or replied too! Now the room, we stayed here for 3 days, again we understood it was a cheaper accommodation however the room was absolutely not what we accepted! Firstly the room had a smell of stale smoke both me and my husband are none smokers we noticed this straight away, the shower door was cracked and the bathroom towels! I really don't know what they was them with as they smelt of fried cooking! I would not recommend staying at all, after the absolutely ignoring us on check in, we didn't message them again, we treat this as quick place to sleep, as we were only there for 3 days and everywhere in the area was fully booked. Overall, we would never return and would recommend management to either open the reception as stated or reply back to WhatsApp after we arrive! We understood we were staying over the Christmas period, so staff may be having some time off, but we accepted some reponse after we completed our self checkin.

Cheap and cheerful
Great apartments, the location is perfect and really easy to find! Even though it is close to bars and restaurants you do not hear much noise and that’s travelling with a 1 year old! The swimming pool needs a little attention. One complaint we do have is on our last day we booked a late checkout and had to move rooms! This room had not be cleaned and was uncomfortable for our last day.

Very nice studio, lovely terrace with sun for a lot of the day. Central to walk to Fanabe or Las Americas. Towel and bedding change was frequent and the studio was always spotlessly clean when we returned from our time out of there. 5 minute walk to La Pinta beach, lots of bars/restaurants/shops. A lively little area of Adeje Great little library of books in the reception area for avid readers!

Very central apartments
We initially booked a studio however on arrival this was far too small and didn’t suit our needs. Staff were very helpful and we managed to upgrade at a cost to a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor which was a lot better. Due to the size of the complex we had the pool area to ourself on a few occasions. My only complaints would be the shower was not very powerful but plenty of hot water. The location is very central which suited us but it can be a bit noisy with bus’s going to the harbour. Overall a pleasant stay.

Just stayed for a week, lovely place but just wrong location. Thought being next to the port it would be quiet but unfortunately not. Not the owners fault so wouldnt want to give a negative comment because of this. Just a little heads up for others. Cannot beat things to do in this area. Every type of pub and restaurant at your finger tips. Also code to get into property rather than a key is quite differcult, had to let an elderly couple past the main entry door after hearing them struggle to gain entry. After a couple of lessons they was fine. Cleaned daily at 10am, so friendly each day. Would we stay again...yes but ear plugs might be in order. Thank you for creating memories.

Good location, nice hot tub, simple check-in
The check-in process was very simple at security and the guards were incredibly friendly and helpful when we arrived. Communication with the apartments prior to arrival was also very good. Internet was good and location was ideal for walking around the area. We took advantage of the hot tub which which was a saving grace (it was too cold for the pool). The apartments are sparsely decorated, exactly as seen in the photos, and could use a few pillows on the sofa in the lounge. We also forgot something after check-out and it was found with no problems and returned to us which was greatly appreciated. The big negative for me were the bugs throughout out four days there. We killed one cockroach per day and had ants in the kitchen which meant we were unable to leave any food out. Everything was put in the refrigerator after the first day. I understand bugs are common for this part of Tenerife and I assume they treat for insects but I was disappointed. Towels are supposed to be changed every other day and our first towel change was one day late. We followed up housekeeping had already gone home. For our needs for a short time (long weekend) and last minute booking it was a good choice for the area especially to have parking but I am not sure I would choose it again.

Lovely location, right on the harbour front. The apartments are ex timeshare and are now showing their age. A few things looked a bit poor (cracked shower door, burn marks on tables etc) but on the hole we were happy. They have large security gates that you open with the code they provide you via email. There isnt a reception or any staff to talk to, however the car park staff are connected to the complex and they allowed us to put our cases in a locked office until our apartment was ready. Apartment was a 2 bed and it was far larger than expected. The 2 balconies were also huge. You can talk to the staff on whatsapp and i asked them where the oven is?? I was told they have removed all the ovens because people were leaving them on.... Strange responce. Anyway we had hoped to cook a pizza but No.... As for the location your a 1min walk to the La Pinta beach. €6 a sun bed for the day. We spend most days here apart for the usual Siam Park and Loro Park. Overall, lovely holiday here.
