"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There’s a kettle in the room. It’s convenient making tea or coffee anytime in your own room. It’s really nice that this hotel even provides hair conditioner. The outdoor swimming pool is good., This hotel is close to a shopping mall with a supermarket & McDonald. There are plenty of buses nearby. You need to buy a bus card, which is 10 dirahams. Buses are free for children. Some journeys are only 2 dirahams. We took the buses a few times and liked it. They...

"I had a good experience staying at this hotel only because of the hotel manager name Romnick. He works night shift. He made the change for me with my room I had booked two rooms and he upgraded with the best and bigger room. Romnick is the BEST. Thank you to Al Diar Sawa hotel for having a nice staff like Romnick working for them. Very helpful . "

"The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel."
