"Great stay at this lovely hotel. As a vegetarian, the breakfast was a bit weak and the TV in my room was impossible to turn on, but otherwise a great stay."

"Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. "We can’t recommend the Hotel Royal more. The service was the best we’ve ever experienced in our 30+ years or traveling—and I’m not overstating that. The people were so friendly, caring, and helpful. The hotel itself was very well appointed. We loved the onsite restaurant and also found that the hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Aarhus bars, restaurants, and shopping. We will be back. "We like staying in this hotel however on this stay the toilet bowl seemed dirty with lime deposits. Also, no hooks to hang towels. No small hand towels. A couple were fighting at midnight. Police came."

"Room 418 for family was excellent with split door. Nothing fancy but good enough. Hotel clerk was excellent to give us this room instead of the one with just a wall split. "
