"Aside from the buffet which was great - the guests mainly Russian picking their nose and handing the utensils to help themselves to food or using fingers to pick at the food with no regard to hygiene - Stella should move to staff serving rather than guests helping themselves. Staff were super helpful accommodating special mention to Mina and Mustafa who were SO attentive! Rooms are dated and my shower leaked from the tap and the shower head when in use! tiles are grout are old and worn."

"We stayed at Pyramisa for a week. We had two children along with our 80 year old grandmother. Upon arrival we were placed in a room at the end of the hotel near the beach.
