To be honest, there was a medical emergency due to an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but they brought in a doctor and took care of the situation and even brought in the engineers and made sure everything was fixed. "Our stay was magnificent. We arrived early from our flight, and they accommodated us immediately with a room, even before the check-in time. The breakfast and restaurants were really good. At checkout, they allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge before our flight back. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and located in a beautiful area. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"Beautiful, luxurious rooms with a very comfy bed. Bathrooms are stunning. Very polite and courteous staff. River view room is a must if you want peace and quiet as the city/park view rooms are on a very noisy road which kept us up all night. You get Uber full, the pool overlooks the Nile? It is the most beautiful a vision you could imagine sitting in an infinity pool, looking over the Nile, I would highly recommend this. Hotel for a night before a Nile Cruz. This way and the next morning you could start your cruise and tour when it's not hot. Staff was beautiful, helpful, friendly.Just highly recommend this hotel"

"Had a perfect stay. Excellent service from all staff. Clean facilities. Gym is huge and amazing. They upgraded my room and gave me a stunning view.
