The front desk Karl Magdala is very friendly and helpful by greeting us, showing us the room, and giving us an orientation of the room. A week in Kowloon

"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive suite and had use of the exec lounge for breakfast and also comp afternoon tea and evening drinks. Really easy to use the MTR to get around as station about 300m away! Slow check in however and would be good if they could provide a means to refill water bottles/flasks as water is no longer provided in rooms. Would recommend though."
