"I had a wonderful stay at Harbour Grand Hong Kong. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — definitely one of the highlights of the experience. I also enjoyed taking a peaceful morning walk nearby, which added to the overall relaxing experience. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room, which is something I would normally expect at a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay."

"Really nice hotel experience. We had 4 young children with us but the pool and amenities were very accommodating. Cleaning staff was amazing! We experienced the hot water not working and a blind that wouldn’t close but we called the main desk and both were fixed within minutes! 10/10 would recommend."

"there's only a 7-11 convenience store nearby. Love the cleanliness (daily room cleaning service), warming act of cleaninng lady who replaced the duvet for us with a thicker one. Shuttle bus driver and front desk staff were all very nice. They helped us to upload and unload baggages to the shuttle bus"

"Good location, nice view, great welcoming staff. The only thing can complain is their elevator, very user unfriendly, there’s no indicator light showing which elevator arrived, inside the elevator the buttons are only on one side, and the doors have no light sensors, still mechanical sensors stopping the door closing after it hit something, quite unacceptable in this day and age for a hotel."
