"In America the Courtyards by Marriott are not nearly the quality of your hotel. It appears to be under superior management. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While I am a cigarette smoker, I was made to feel perfectly comfortable in the smoking areas and not treated like an “inferior.” The buffet was simple, but delicious. THE ABSOLUTE BEST AIRPORT HOTEL I have ever experienced!"

"Overall it was an amazing experience. Right from the time we entered to the time we left, the whole staff team ensured we are being taken care off at the best. But for a 5-star they seemed lacking in some areas where they missed keeping the snacks and beverages in the room as well lack of some important stuff required for a hotel stay. Breakfast was good with good variety. All restaurants and even room service closes at 10.30 pm which is a complete NO for a 5-star hotel"

"This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. All the staff were excellent but I give particular thanks to Arun who could not do enough for us. I was also highly impressed with the hotels very real efforts to eliminate the use of plastics an recycle...

"Wow what a serene beautiful setting in the River. We were absolutely spoilt with attention & great service. Chef Anish & assistant chef Baby cooked to order & delicious with lots of it. Jeevan & everyone made our stay perfect, especially after our hour sunset boat trip we had a table set up under the tree on the edge of the River. Alchil the nite porter super helpful.
