I had a don’t disturb sign on my door throughout my 5 day stay and once morning walking out my room housekeeping say me and asked if everything was okay or anything I needed and I absolutely appreciated that! "Our big problem was the darkness of the living room. The wall switch next to the door did not turn anything on. Eventually we found the lamp switches for the lights beside the sofa. However only one had a working bulb but it very dim. We were traveling with friends, the husband has macular degeneration and their room was so dark he could not see well enough to move safely. "
