The only negatives were the live music by the pools was too loud (not relaxing) and the two hot tubs were not working a couple of the days - only warm at best. "Grand Velas was absolutely fabulous! We brought our 3 kids and we were spoiled from day one. Our personal concierge Blair was phenomenal. Friendly, professional and attentive to anything we needed. Typically we avoid all inclusive resorts because we enjoy higher quality dining and drinks - we decided to try Grand Velas based on other great reviews and we are so glad we did! We also have to give a shout out to Isabella who served us by the pool, she was fantastic!"

"Another great property from the Villa group. We have previously stayed at Villa del arco and it was our first time at valencia. Property was gorgeous. Rooms, pools, all of it. The family loved the infinity pool and especially lazy river. Good and service were excellent. Only complaint is the beach is not swimmable, but if you walk down one hotel you can swim and find crabs etc. I missed seeing the arch from the Arco and also paddle boarding and kayaking but this property was so beautiful and...

"We loved this hotel. A quick 30 from airport. Very easy to get to and from. I loved the service. Place is beautiful. Stay was so friendly and helpful. Place smelled like heaven. Only thing we didn't like was drinks didn't start till 10, which turns out is a great thing :) Please gets 5 stars we will be back! And I will tell everyone about this place. "
