"Properties nice. Buffet restaurant was good for meals. All inclusive was bit worth the price in my opinion especially since I don’t drink alcohol. Coke a cola was watered down consistently and most times it took a long time to get drinks with meals prior to almost being finished eating. Beach is beautiful , the various pools are nice. Room was comfortable and wifi worked well throughout. All inclusive had many restrictions for instance if you at at al la carte restaurant menu was very limited...

"From the moment we arrived at this hotel the service was top notch. First glimpse of the hotel is stunning and it continues from there. The room and bathroom were beautiful. "The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Solana Beach Hotel! The staff is just fantastic, friendly and very attentive! Only suggestions are to have more bins around to leave rubbish and the toilet would benefit a fresh coat of paint."

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. Food was good and plenty of options. Yes there are a few - maybe 3 stray dogs on the beach but they do not bother you and the staff look after them and feed them. Well worth a stay and would go back again! Fabulous sunsets as well. "

"A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. Room was huge, food excellent, selection of drinks was excellent and all staff super friendly at all times. "
