"Be careful getting a beach view on the 5th floor. If there is an event on the 6th floor they are allowed to blast music and jump around until 10pm. This made sleep for my kids difficult while they partied right above us. They don’t enforce no smoking on the property unless you complain. Lastly, paying $30 for a resort fee is a little crazy in the winter considering the “heated”pool is too cold to swim and they even shut off the water to clean sand off yourself from the beach. "Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"Beautiful place and location, spacious, clean and quiet! I was able to contact the property easily to answer questions, would love to stay again! They only supply enough toilet paper for the first 24 hours so be sure to grab more, and if you want to get a late checkout/etc be sure to give them plenty of days to schedule it with their cleaning services. It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrellas available too through their beach services, and our 3 year old loved the pool!"
