"We were welcomed by friendly staff, the room was small but very nice, the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks were more than expected. A thing that we didn’t expect, unfortunately, was that our guest room toilet didn’t flush well. Hotel even left instructions for us to only flush natural waste but not the toilet paper. We found this very strange! "

"Beautiful hotel but only had 30 banana lounges by the pool so very difficult based on the size of the hotel to get a seat, it’s also a wedding facility so on weekends half the pool area is closed and all tables and chairs are used for their functions. Restaurant was excellent. Be prepared to wait 5 minutes minimum for the lift on every occasion. "

The only faults that I could find were: door slamming noises were terrible; there apparently is a bar next door that plays music very loud into the night: when I complained the management very prompted moved me to another room, which was really nice of them. So request a room away from the club, if possible. Overall, the hotel was excellent "

The hotel and room are VERY clean, with great linens and a comfortable bed. The gym is small, but if you are devoted, then it works. Highly recommend. Will be going back for sure."

The little bar is cute and afternoon tea is a great bonus. The staff here are amazing. After having an accident nearby on my first morning, the staff went above and beyond getting me to an English speaking medical centre and hospital, making sure that I was ok and taking extra care of me once I got back.
